laptop / DWL-G650: Insufficient ressouces (code 12)

Hello,

I installed a DWL-G650 wireless adapter on my Toshiba Satellite laptop.
It was working fine the at some point I got an issufficient ressources error (code 12) under Device Manager under Windows 2000 (SP4).

1) Does anybody know how I could resolve this conflict/issue ?

PS: For some reason my adapter appears as DE220 under my Network Adapters.
