Please help. Do all 2.5" HDD run at 4200 RPM's or are there some that run at higher RPM speed? Thanks.

Why? Doesn't a faster spinning disk make a faster transfer rate? Why then do we have HDs that spin faster than others? I am looking for a faster transfer rate.
