Laptop Data Encryption

Is there a good and easy to use data encryption application available for travelling laptops.

Looking for a solution that:

1.) Offers whole disk encryption when booted

2.) Allows administrator to access data if password is lost or changed

3.) Possible to track if stolen or lost

We need a solution that will protect sensitive info on various laptops that travel but is simple and transparent to use for end users.

Appreciate any suggestions.
