I downloaded the console software and drivers from panasonic tech. The laptop sees the tda and I go to device manager screen and try to install drivers from the desktop. I get this: Windows was unable to install your kxtda-50, Windows could not find the driver for this device. The laptop is a toshiba with windows7. It is 64 bit. The drivers are on the desktop,but for some reason it doesen't find them. Thanks
