LapLink cannot connect to ILS server

I recently installed ISA Server using ADSL 2mbps connection. We used to have just a ISDN router doing the work for internet access. Since ISA install, one user who uses laplink remote control for a remote user to access his PC, cannot get Laplink to connect to the ILS server at laplink.com. I have allowed all access into and out of the ISA server, but still no luck.

Any Ideas?
