Lap Top computer with japanese language

I have a second hand computer which is in Japanese language , plz advise me how to convert it into normal english. thanks.

It's my understanding that it's the operating system that is in Japanese. If this is the case you need to obtain an english (or your preferred language) version of the operating system and install it instead. If the BIOS is in Japanese, I'm not sure what you can do about that.

If the BIOS is in Japanese, try downloading a BIOS update from the manufacturer (in English). Can't hurt, and may work!
