We are using a Lanier LD060 printer that is shared over our network between 10-15 computers. The prblem is that when the two same guys print to the printer from excel, their print job just stays in the queue and hangs up the printer until it is removed. Any ideas?? Thanks for your time..

try blowing away their printer config and reinstalling.. (I'm sure you've already tried)
make sure that they have the latest drivers or the same drivers as everybody else...
Could also be a timing issue.. try another network connection if its possible.. or a different port in the switches just to make sure its not a Layer1 issue
