Language version of the Top of Information Store

How do I make a new mailbox with a different language version of the Top of Information Store .

I need it to be in swedish to be able to restore old messages with BackupExec 8.6 .

Instead of "Top of Information Store" it have to be "Överst i Informationsarkivet"
