Language conversion in word

Is it possible to convert a word doc. in English to Spanish? I have a doc that I would like to make available in Spanish, but I don't know Spanish.

Word does not do translations.

If the translated doc is for publication, have it translated by a professional translator. If you do not have any knowledge of the target language, you'd be ill-advised to rely on translation software.

But it is a very long way from being accurate - I live in Brazil, and have tried it with Portuguese, the results are only marginally understandable. It's OK for a quick and dirty (and sometimes quite funny) fix, but if you are trying to impress, forget it!

Also often (as is that one) limited to 5k or so of text, unless you pay.
