This is only happening to one user. This is for Word 2003. There's a template to build letters. It only has greeting, body and signature fields, everything else is boilerplate text.
I made sure that all copies or variations of this template were deleted and create one from scratch in my computer with the Language set to English. I saved it in my computer and copy and paste it to the user's computer.
Here's where it gets weird. User creates a new file using the template and starts typing, in English. All the words are in English. Word starts marking everything as mispelled words (red squiggly lines). We look in the Tools | Language | Set language. It says the document is in Spanish! HUH?
The computer is not doing this with all documents, but just a stupid template called "xxx letter.dot" I created from scratch with the language set o English.
The user may sometimes write in Spanish but in other documents. I stood there and saw her type in English and the stupid thing marked everythig as a typo! Any ideas?
