I am having an issue with a Nortel Meridian Mail RLS 12 that has Hospitality Opera Cloud). Language on the mailboxes keeps changing from the default in the Meridian Mail to Latin American Spanish for some reason. I've verified all default languages on the Meridian are set for English and haven't had any issues with mailboxes that aren't setup as "Guest Room" COS. Anyone else run into this issue and if so, what was the correction? I've gone thru the voicemail mailboxes and changed all back to English however, mailboxes change back to Spanish again. Once the Language is Spanish, it does not automatically change to English, it only changes from English to Spanish.
