If you mean the Lotus Notes client then go to:
Datei (File) ----> Vorgaben (Preferences) ---> Benutzervorgaben (User Preferences) ---> International ----> Allgemein (General) and change the value in the field 'Sprache der Benutzerschnittstelle' (Content Language) to English.
Every lotus client in a different language than English has the English client included ---> you can switch from German to English or from Italian to English, but not from German to Italian.
