Hello - How do I make sure that a Crystal Report developed and saved in a Landscape print format will default to print Landscape when the customer views the report in CE? We switched to a new server back in May and have not fixed this problem yet. We had it working on the old server, but I can't find any solution that has worked since. We do
not want to have the customer change his printer settings everytime.

Running CR 10 and CE 10 on Windows 2000. Latest hotfixes have been installed on the Crystal server, as well as our secure server with a separate WCS.

Thanks.

Hi,
For Viewing,Be sure the same printer driver is installed on the CE server as was used when the report was designed.

Printing is a client-side process so it will depend on the client's installed printers - it must match if no interaction is desired before printing...

We applied the hotfix viewers10win_en to the WCS on our secured server and it fixed the problem. We didn't have to do that when we had our old Crystal server, but as long as it works, I'm not going to complain.
