I'm setting up a number of A97 applications to allow users to view reports, most of them being set up in Landscape with some in Portrait.

The problem I'm having is that when the users connect over Citrix and view reports, all reports are formatted as being Portrait so the Landscape ones no longer fit a page correctly.

The Page Setup for the Landscape reports is set to Landscape when I check in Access and resetting does nothing.

Anyone out there got any ideas of how to solve?

The printer is a HP LaserJet 4050T, W2K network.

I have had this problem on / off for nearly a year the problem lies in the hp drivers try different versions. What somethings works is to change the tray settings to A4 from the default settings. However the only 100% cure I have found is to use post script drivers. hp have know this issue for a year or more you might be interested to look at this link, my fix and others all listed here, although none are 100% or do they all apply to terminal services.

Good Luck
