Landscape printing doesn't work from NT4 clients on W2003 print server

One of my users has an odd problem. I've just used Microsoft's Print Migrator tool to move the printers off their old NT4 print server onto a 2003 box. But she can't print landscape from her NT4 workstation. When I print to the printer from either my Windows 2000 box or my XP box, it works fine.

I do have NT4 drivers loaded on the 2003 server (the print migrator put them there). Things work fine on the NT4 server.

Any idea what I should look at next?

A couple of other things I forgot to mention:

This happens on print queues using PCL drivers. PostScript drivers work fine.

She initially reported the problem in Crystal Reports. I had her try printing from Word and she experienced the same problem.
