I'm setting up an small office for 3 people in Korea. We want them to be connected to our CM cluster in the US. I was thinking of setting up a Callmanager Express, but I'm unsure as to what's the best option for Landline. Is there a fractional PRI/E1 equivalent out there.

Any input

Stay cool; it’s not over yet!

For only 3 people I doubt you're going to have sufficient economies of scale to justify the cost of an E1 or T1, even fractional, because of the loop charge which is usually the same for frac or full. I'd try some WIC cards/FXO or ATAs or analog VG's and a few analog POTS lines, especially somewhere like Korea.

Even the concept of hanging this off your U.S. cluster gives me goose bumps. Is it safe to assume that you've measured the latency and found it to be 150 ms or less?
