One of the engineers in our office received a drawing that has data in it created by Land Desktop. He can't see the data on his machine and neither can I on mine but one of the other users is able to see it on her machine.

All of us are using 2002 with XP Pro and none of us has Land Desktop installed. Why would one of us see the data and the rest cannot?

Thanks.

You need to have the correct "object enabler" installed to see proxy objects created by LDD, Architectural desktop, etc. See autodesk site to downlaod enabler. You should check with LDD user for which version they're using first.

Also check the OPTIONS and make sure the SHOW PROXY GRAPHICS under the OPEN & SAVE tab is checked.
