Lana Numbers in Windows 7

I'm having problems changing my lana numbers on windows 7 POS terminals. Is anyone know where I can find the most current lanacfg and are there any additional steps in modifying the lana numbers. I have disable UAC and i'm still unable to change them. Thanks.

Disable UAC and go to a command prompt as an administrator.
