I have all of my SIP traffic going to one IP Office 500 thru LAN1. Paetec setup a seperate subnet for our IP Office system so we could isolate the traffic. I'd like to move it back to our local LAN subnet. If I do that will Paetec reregister our SIP automatically or do I need to contact Paetec to let me know our new LAN IP?

You'll have to contact Paetec and inform them of the new IP. Personally I'd run the SIP service over one LAN port and have the other port connected to your internal network but thats just my opinion.

I would run local net on lan1 and paetec sip on lan2.

To each his own I suppose.
