I am attempting to set a static ip address on the LAN and need to stay outside of the DHCP range. My internal ip address is 192.168.1.1
The DHCP range is 192.168.100 to 192.168.149
I want to set the static address to 192.168.1.11, but I am unsure if this address is actually 192.168.1.110 or 192.168.1.011? One address would reside within the DHCP range where the other is outside the range, which is correct?
Also, is 192.168.1.1 actually 192.168.1.001 or 192.168.1.100? Can you seem my dilemma.
