Hello all,
I have a weird problem...
Running a IPO500 v2 with 6.1 software at a remote site running SCN to the primary site.
The system has been in place for several years with no problems.
Recently it stopped communicating over the network.
I discovered the LAN port no longer lit up showing a connection.
So I rebooted the IPO and while the phone system works, the network does not. The LAN port was still dark.
I plugged the network cable into the WAN port and it does light up.
I can run Monitor and System Status just fine via the WAN port, but Manager will not connect to the IPO via the WAN port.
The WAN port is set to the default of 192.168.43.1 and I have connected my laptop directly to the IPO and through a switch, but Manager will not connect.
I can ping the IPO WAN port, log in with Monitor and/or System View, but Manager will not connect.
When viewing System Status, it shows no errors on the IPO.
At this point, I am assuming the LAN port is dead and I will need to replace the chassis.
However, I am puzzled as to why the WAN port will not allow Manager to connect.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks!
