Lan enabled Digital thermometers

Hello,

In order to better monitor the temperature/humidity in a remote server room, can anyone recommend a digital thermometer that allows me to read it through the Internet (either directly if it has an ethernet interface) or worst case through a serial/parallel port of a computer. I prefer not having to install any software on a server to enable it to read the info from the thermometer.
