LAN CTE

I have a BCM 3.7 with a 3rd party software called Console.net used as an admin console on a PC. It has worked fine for a while but now seems to be having issues. The 3rd party vendor tells me that it is a problem with my LAN CTE restarting too many times. They told the reception to put a feature code into the phone to capture the error. I am not really sure what this does. Does anyone have any idea about this issue

Had a similar issue with console.net application, and was told the same. We had to put the latest patches onto the BCM, then uninstall the LanCte client from the PC, then re-install the newer version, and the issue went away
