LAN CTE

I have a customer with a BCM 400 3.7 using a LAN CTE client for a product called console.net used for a computer interface admin phone. The 3rd pary dealer is telling met that my LANCTE is restaring to much which is causing an error on their software. Has anyone had any isses similar to this. The only other issue is that it is installed on a SErver 2003. I know it is not supported but it has been installed for 4 years with no problems until now.

Try reinstalling the LAN CTE software. I have had similar problems with console.net. Reinstall usually resolves it
