LAN CTE

I have a BCM 400 with 16 LAN CTE licenses. I want to be able to dial with outlook 2003 from my Nortel desk phone. I have the latest LAN CTE software installed on my laptop. Under the advanced tab under phone and modem setting I have the h323 gateway setup up with the Published IP of the BCM. I cannot seem to dial from outlook. Under the outlook dialer options i have it set to h323 line. I just don't understand where to tell it what nortel extension to use. Anyone have any ideas.
