LAN CTE?

hey guys i installed Lan Cte off a BCM 50 release 1.0, its all patched up and up to date with that good stuff. so the lan cte and the personal call manager are up and running. the problem is some of the numbers from the outlook dont work. you choose it you dial it picks up on the display and hangs up. it wont connect the call it acts like its going to it picks up the line then hangs up. has anyone run into this problem?
any thoughts would help
