LAN CTE 1

can someone please explain to me the proper steps for setting up a LAN CTE & Personal Call Manager?

Here is what i have done so far.

added 8 LAN CTE seats
downloaded PCM to my machine
added my IP address of my pc to the bcm under LAN CTE tab

I have H323 but no ext to choose from when setting the dial options.

BCM 200 3.7

Have you downloaded the LAN CTE client?

yes, and loaded it. I keep getting line add error when i reboot and i get a can't load error. stumped..

all my trouble seems to be in the loading of client on my pc. any suggestions?

Sounds like some sort of conflict between the client and some other app running on your machine.
I've loaded the client many times and have never run into the problem you're having. Are you saying it installs with no problems, but when you have to reboot, that's when the trouble starts?
If so I would try disabling your startup items (msconfig) one at a time and see if that changes anything.

found out an copy of i2050 that wasn't even running was the conflict...
