Lan CTE

When we download the lan cte and install on the client machine - all appears to install correctly.

When we launch TSP - the lan cte sits there and says "initialising" and that it.

One Lan CTE licence installed
We can browse to the BCM Gui
We can ping the BCM

We cannot connect our tapi products.

Anyone struck this & any ideas

We are doing a reboot tonight to see if this helps.

have you entered the required client information (ip or user or hostname) at the bcm LAN cte settings?

Yes we entered the IP address. (not the machine name)

The client machine is also in the BCM with the extension (in this case 9200).

We have installed quite a bit of Lan Cte and never struck this problem before.
