LAN Cte windows XP firewall issue

I have a customer with Lan CTE with all there windows XP pcs with Group policy firewalls enabled...

This is stopping the LAN cte from working correctly..

The problem is is i use the PC name Lan CTE fails
If i use the PC ip address it works i can not use ip address because they use DHCP

It like the BCM cannot resolve the PC name probably because of the firewalls..

Can anyone give me any pointers ??

Same problem occurs with IP view, for some reasons it works with pc name but stop working after a while, as soon as you put the IP adress it works for good.
How many phones are using Lan CTE. If not a lot i suggest you tell the IT guy to reserve some Ip adresses and assign them to the Lan CTE users.

Only 10 CTE Clients but the IT chap is very unhelpful
