Lan Cte on Bcm50e issues!

I have a customer that uses an app called solstice and they are using lan cte to dial out over their phone. The issue I am having is the dn is not populating on the clients machines on their network. I put my pc on their network and open up pcm and the dn populates fine. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be. I have all the latest patches on the bcm 50.

What OS is on the client PC's?

I would suspect something in the security features on XP SP2 foremost.
Is your laptop also running XP SP2?
Does PCM work properly on the customers PC's?

I am having a similar problem with a BCM 3.7, out customer is using a program called livetaxi

the program use the lan cte client to pull the cli of the caller, this sparadically works, and i can't see any ryme or reason as to why it dose not work constantly on all systems

Any help would be greatly aprechiated
