LAN CTE Client on Windows 7 64-bit HELP!

Has anyone been successful getting the LAN CTE Client to function on a Win7 64-bit machine? I have the latest version from Nortel (Avaya) which is supposed to be compatible - but it's not working. The program installs just fine, but I can not open the BCM TSP Control Panel from the tray icon. It also doesn't connect to the BCM at all. I'm thinking this has something to do with Windows7 and TAPI?

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!
