I have two objectives and am yet to find a software that can do this. Please help!

My company's internet connection is getting slower and slower. All traffic to the internet goes to a Cisco Pix firewall and out the DSL.

I would first, like to be able to track traffic volume. For instance, be able to monitor the amount of bandwidth to and from the firewall and be able to seperate it out to what workstation is using it. For instance, I would like to see that total bandwidth to the firewall is 280kb, 140kb is Joe's workstation and 140kb is Mary's workstation. I would like to see the stream coming back to Joe's is 300kb for a sustained 5minutes and Mary's was a brief 20kb for about 2 seconds. Something that can give me a layout over a period of time.

Any ideas?

Second, I'd just like to see bandwidth in use from port to port.

Thanks.
