Labor date incorrect in Time Card

Hi to all,
I have this scenario:

- Business date: 2020-07-25

- employee clock in at 8:00 AM at date 2020-07-25
- employee clock out at 14:00 PM at date 2020-07-25

Micros was change business date at 23:00 pm

When an employee makes Clock Out, in the table time_card_dtl, add in the column labor_date appears with date 2020-07-24.
and previews days, were the same, one day before business date and clock in /out date.

Do you know how correct this??

Are you open 24 hours? If not best practice is to have your business date change when you are sure all sales are done and all employees are clocked out. Say you close around midnight and open at 8am go with 4:00am to change your business date, increment shifts etc.
Also "POSCONFIG", "EMPLOYEES", "TIME AND ATTENDANCE" set Allocate Hours to "CLOCK IN BUSINESS DAY
