Labling issues issue(s) w/ external autodial 1100 expansion module

We're having the same issue that many others have had with a BCM 450 system and an 1100 series expansion module. Unfortunately, I haven't found a definitive answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

First, is there any way to get rid of the AD before every listing? Second, is it possible to show a name instead of a phone number for external numbers?

The answer is no for both questions.

gberger is correct. There is no way to modify these settings.
