Hi,
You must adjust the column width and row height to align with the label.
There is no feature in Excel that works like MS Word for this, for various label suppliers and label types.

You haven't supplied any details of what you're trying to do, but consider a Mail Merge to get data from Excel into Word which, as Skip suggests, has special functionality to print labels.

also, if you are using a label printer designed specifically for printing labels, rather than merely sheets of sticky labels put through a normal printer, consult whoever sold you the printer. They may have excel-compatible software.
