Lable name change IP sets

Can the word INTERCOM be changed for the line buttons for the IP sets like I can change the label names for features? For example on the T7316 sets I print up labels and I like to use the word LINE-1, LINE-2, etc. instead of intercom. Also on the M series sets I use the caps with the line numbers on them.

unfortunately it cannot. Unlike feature codes which can be changed system wide, the intercom buttons are hard coded. But the phone display should show the extension number.

The webmaster is supposed to update the Metrotel UCx forum created to E-Metrotel....did you see a forum was created?

Firefox, if you apply the latest patches for the BCM, you'll at least get the IC and DN number on the phones so the Intercom labels read out "IC 222" as opposed to Intercom.

It's cool looking over and seeing E-Metrotel over there with the rest of the systems, wonder what all it took to make that happen? I'm sure the E guys are happy about that though as this is probably by far the best telecom website of it's kind.
