Labels viewing problem

I'm a newbie using Access 2000 and I"m trying to create labels. When I try to view the labels, all I get is this:
"#name?". Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Are you trying to created these label in Word? If so you will have to go threw the mail merger procedure and select label, then set up a template with the field that you want to appear on the labels.
