Labels not showing on teleworker handset

Hi,

I have a user working from home using 5320. The phone is setup as a teleworker and connects to our Border Gateway.

The phone functions ok, but there are no labels are displayed on any of the soft keys. The functionality of the key however works.

I dont see anything in our firewall blocking traffic to the handset.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can we assume that someone did not just forget to program a label to the key in the multiline set key assignment form ( or user form depending on the software )?

Don't know of anything special ports wize that would block the set labeling. It will of course need to download its software and config via TFTP from the 3300. If there was an issue with the download I would have thought the set would not work at all, unless you are using a local TFTP server at the location of the teleworker for the phone software.
