Labels have to be created new every time 1

I have Access 2007 and I am making labels for the Relay for Life. I go to the create tab and choose labels. I follow the prompts and the report comes out like it is supposed to with to columns and the correct number of rows. If I go into design view and change anything I only have one column. If I save and then bring up the report I again only have one column.

Does anyone know how I can bring up the report without having to go to the labels wizard?

You should always only see one column in the design view. What do you mean by "bring up the report I again"? Are you view the Print Preview?
