Labelling Chart in Excel 07 1

I am practicing creation of Pareto Charts for presentations.
I have created this test chart but I cannot figure out how to insert labels.
Chart Title, Left Y-axis and Right Y-axis labels would be nice.

All help will be appreciated

With the chart selected, you shoud see on the ribbon on the top, Chart Tools. One of the tabs is Layout. The Chart Title and Axis labels are there.
