Label settings won't stay

On WP 10, running on a Win2k machine, without making any changes, the settings for a custom address label just quit working. I can go in and set it properly and it still won't print in the right place. I hope this makes sense. I have moved the position of the labels in the printer and that doesn't help. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thank you so much!!

It sounds like we have similar problems. I am using WP 12 on an XP office system. I choose a label format, print my information, and everything looks fine on the computer. I can even go to print preview, and it looks fine. Then it prints in the wrong place. I could sure use some help on this.
