Label setting for Avery Tent Cards #5305??

Has anyone ever tried to use the Avery Tent cards #5305?
The size of the cards is 2 1/2" * 8 1/2" and 2 card/sheet.

Since Avery #5305 is not available in CR8, I am trying to figure out the "user-defined label" by changing sizes, gaps, and margins but I cant seem to get it...

Any input would be appriciated.

I pulled these settings from Microsoft Word:

Top Margin: 3.38"
Side Margin: 0.5"
Vertical pitch: 5"
Horizontal pitch: 7.5"
Label height: 1.75"
Label width: 7.5"
Number across: 1
Number down: 2
Page size: Letter (8 1/2 X 11 in)
