I have a label report that I am trying to email, it looks fine in Crystal Report but loses it's formatting when I schedule it in Info. Does anyone know why? Thanks.

1) Is there a printer driver installed on the APS?
2) Is the printer driver distinctively different than what you have as your default printer?

Crystal Reports designer uses the print driver from your default printer to establish formatting, margins, etc...

When you schedule a report to run from Seagate Info, it uses the default printer to establish the formatting of the scheduled instance. If there is a significant difference in the printer drivers, or if no printer driver is installed then this symptom can occur.
