Hi,

I created label report and trying display labels across down & 10 labels per page, report is printing 5 columns and 2 rows which displays 10 ( 5 * 2 ) labels. My client is looking 10 labels in 1 column. I am struck to do the below format pls guide me.
Label1
Label2
Label3
Label4
Label5
Label6
Label7
Label8
Label9
Label10

Any help would be appreciated.
I am using SQL Server 2000 and Crystal report 10.

Thank you
Mure

Right click the details and select format section/section expert and in the far upper right you should see a layout tab where you can adjust the size.

I appriciated your help. Layout tab we can adjust the size of the label. But I'm looking columns "Across Page = 1" and "DownPage = 10".

Layout tab is not allowing me to change these values. Pls guide me how to change the values. my requirement is each page needs to be print 10 labels one after one.

Thanks
Mure

Depends on the size of your paper.

You might easily set this up by using the mailinbg label wizard.

Select something close and then adjust the sizes.

In CR XI you can select Video Cassette Spine, and then change the Label Size Height to 1.

Or adjust your settings to something akin to:

Label Size
Width: 5.813
Height: 1

Don't be a coward ;)

Just save under a different report name and start putzing about with the settings.

Thanks synapsevampire,
I appreciated your help, by adjusting left & right margins I resolve my design problem. Now my report is fine.

Thanks
