In Access 97, I have a query that has two fields: Item and Qty. The first field has an Item Number such as 1234567 and the second field contains the quantity of that number, eg 10.

I have set up a report to print these two field onto labels and all works fine. The question, however, is how do I get Access to print 10 labels of 1234567 and not just one?

Hopefully, it is something dead simple and I just haven't spotted it yet! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Prox,
open your report in design view, select the fields (all applicable) with the mouse. Go to "edit", "duplicate" and repeat till you have the number you need.(also can, after the first duplicate is made, select both the sets of fields and choose duplicate and it will dup two at once.) Align the fields to match your labels and print...
