Label Printing Okidata Microline 380 error

I am moving an application from one server to another. The
App is in VB 5.0 using Crustal Reports. The problem I am having - printing labels to an Okidata Microline 380 printer
When I send the labels to be printed it will not print the
City, State or Zip for each label, If I do a view print and print from there - they print OK! This does not happen in the production version on the old server.

that is most probably printer driver configurations/version.

Are you trying on the same phisical printer or do you have two printers? if two printers it may also be some printer setup.

Look into these two things.

If the drivers have the same configuration I would advise you to try and install the same version you have on the production server into the new server (may not be possible!!)

I did find that The production location of the executable is on a WIN98 which has the printer. I am using an old WIN95 PC with the printer. The printe is using Generic / Text driver TTY.DRV on both but the versions are different.
Can I use the TTY.DRV version from the WIN98 on the WIN95 PC?
