Label printing format

I'm struggling with label print formatting. I have a 2.5x4.5 label that I am trying to modify. The page margins have been changed to reflect the actual label. There seems to be some formatting I haven't been able to find with shows this label as 7 inches wide and a frame that is 8 inches long. How do I find this and correct it. I have a screen print if it will help. The rlabel keeps erroring out as data outside the size of the label...

Are you using the label expert or a regular report? In the label expert there is a tab that sets the label width, height, etc. You should tell us your CR version, too.

Then go to the section expert->details->layout tab and check the width, gap, etc. that must be set there.
