I have never used this before and cannot find any documentation on this but the person who did the AACC said it should work. In the acd que he has the label key 0 set to yes and has the name incalls. I was told this should change the display on the 3905 set to sat incalls not the que number. I am running a newly patched 7.65 system. Anyone ever use this and is there something i need to look at?

I have never done this. I usually just change the label at the phone. If this is supposed to work, just make a dummy queue and add a phone to it to test. this way you don't mess with anything in production. Couldn't hurt to try.
