LABEL FORM mylabel.lbx PREVIEW IN WINDOW PrintPreview

(see faq184-2490 for PrintPreview)

tnx to Stuart D.

Hi,

I always try to avoid the use of label form.
Use report form instead which also can be used to print labels,

Label form is done fore backwards compatibility in visual foxpro.

This is the second time you make this statement, you also said the same in this thread thread184-716830 can you supply a link or a piece of imformation that supports this statement?

Mike,
You are right.
I mentioned this before.
I was informed about that a while ago.
I will figure out where I got that info. Have to go through my E-mail history for that.
I will keep you informed.

Mike,

I found that in march of this year I discussed with Anders Altberg this issue.
He pointed me to the fact that the label command is retained for backwards compatibily only.
As he has a 'degree' on vfp I do believe him blindly.
(is this good english? <G>)

By the way, Anders is a specialist on SQL-issues.
