L700 HVD compatibility

Hi,

I'd like to guess if there's some solution to connect a LVD SCSI card to STK L700 Library with HVD connector.

I've checked it and there's two ports: HVD and SE. Would it be possible to connect the LVD interface to the SE one?

Nope.

You need the L700 LVD conversion kit (a card and a bracket that fits over the MPC card) for LVD to work in an L180 or L700. You could use a converter box (see

but its easier just to connect the L700 to an HVD card.
